How to Preview at WOW Auction
WOW Auction not only allows customers to come in and Preview during business hours.. We encourage it!!
This article will teach you everything you need to know in order to stop by and find everything you’re looking for.
To begin, we first need to know what items you’re interested in. Browse through all the listings and create a “Watchlist” so you can quickly refer back to the Lot’s you want.
Once you’ve gone through the entire auction and have populated your ‘Watchlist’ for the current week, it’s time to plan your visit to the WOW Auction Warehouse!

Open Monday’s – Wednesday’s for Preview & Consignment Drop-off Hours from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM,
Auction Pickup Hours: Thursday’s from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM & Friday’s from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
(although customers may Preview during these times as well)
Once you’ve arrived, wave ‘Hello’ to the staff in the office and make your way to the WOW Auction Showroom! Log in to your HiBid Account and access your ‘Watchlist’ to view your Favorite Lots. At the end of the Lot’s Title, you’ll find the “Location Code” e.g. M16G. –Never mind the first letter, the “16G” is the Location that the item within the WOW Warehouse. Please refer to the pictures to help shown you where each Row & Section is at!
Once you’ve located the items to Preview, look for the “Lot Sticker.” This tag will display the Auction ID number and will also be color coded to represent the specific auction week. The Lot Number on the Tag matches the Lot Number online. If there is a “1 of 2” that means there should be another item that has a similar sticker but is labeled “2 of 2”. If there is a “x3”, that means there are three more items in the Listing that are exactly like the original tagged item.

We always try our best but some human error does happen which is why we encourage everyone to Preview before Bidding.
